Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Ongoing reviewing and maintenance of existing projects
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Ensures the finest performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Work co-operative with UI/UX designers, Web service developers, and testers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualification/Requirement

• In-depth Knowledge of Android SDK, various Android versions
• Deep knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Sound knowledge in android components such as Activity, Fragment, Service, Broadcast Receiver, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Experience in consuming RESTful web services using Retrofit
• Expertise in cloud message API’s and push notifications
• Basic knowledge in releasing applications in Play store
• Experience in version control
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience in Kotlin is a plus.
